A little injured bird received tiny "Snowshoes" to get back on its feet
Some people at the California Wildlife Center found a little Northen Mockingbird with impaired feet. They wanted to help it and they found a very creative solution.
They made something that looked like tiny snowshoes which made sure that the feet of the little bird will stay in the proper position so that they could heal in a natural way.
"It usually takes a week or two of wearing the snowshoes before their feet are back to normal", said veterinarian Duane Tom, from CWC.
This creative method proved to be a real succes, and the bird healed and was ready to go back to the wild.
